There are so many diets that you can adopt for your work out sessions, and one of them are snacks. There are healthy snacks that you can have before you workout as they are cheap and easy to access in the stores as well.

You can spread an avocado on wholemeal toast of bread, or you can opt to make a smoothie and drink it while you head to the gym.


7. Plain yogurt.
Plain yogurt is very healthy as it has a low concentration of carbohydrates and high concentration of proteins. Therefore if you take a glass of this yogurt before you start your work, it will fuel and keep you energized for a long time.
